Tyneside Safety Glass has the capabilities to design, develop and manufacture heated windscreens and we are also able to offer a full design and supply solution for the supply of heated wire systems on PVB (Polyvinyl Butyral) interlayer.

From Vehicles to Custom Applications
These heated wire solutions consist of PVB which use tungsten wire ,either with or without small sinusoidal waves (more commonly known as “wiggle wires”), buz bars and connectors and can be designed to meet specific customer requirements with either a de-mist or de-ice solution which can then be laminated in our customers own glass constructions which provide clear viewing in all weather conditions.
