Operator Of The Month Award

Congratulations to Jack Holmes, shown on the right of the picture who won our first company operator of the month award in February.

Jack started work for Tyneside as an apprentice in January 2021 and is now a key operator in our new specialist glass processing facility that opened in August 2024.

The facility is solely dedicated to the manufacture of bullet resistant / transparent armour and specialist glass composite products which are used in various military, armoured civilian and emergency service vehicles, along with complex windshields for use in rail applications.

Jack is an exceptionally valued member of the team at Tyneside and continues to show an excellent attitude and willingness to learn new skills throughout various departments within the facility.

Keep up the great work Jack, the award is well deserved.
